At Claire & Co Vancouver, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, this policy explains our return process clearly and transparently.
1. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

You may only request a return after physically receiving your order.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs or import charges.

Items must be unused, unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond that is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return part of the order is not allowed.
These conditions help us maintain product quality and ensure fair handling across all customers.
2. Return Process
Follow the steps below to request a return:

Contact us at info@clairecovancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your item to submit your return request.

You will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner (located in China) along with detailed instructions.

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs fees or international shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace) to avoid loss during transit.
Please note: Returns without prior approval or sent to an incorrect address cannot be processed.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received at our supplier’s facility and inspected:

The refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Items that do not meet the return conditions (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing tags) may be rejected or refunded partially depending on the condition.
4. Liability & Customer Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost return shipments unless tracking clearly shows the item was delivered to the correct return address.

If the customer entered an incorrect shipping address, responsibility lies solely with the customer.

Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, and changes are no longer guaranteed.
